Love the Roomzzz in Leeds. Great location. Lovely and clean.
Nobody to greet you.

Loved the apartment. Spacious, modern, comfortable and central location.
Not always manned. The check in system is by screen not through a person and the machine times out quickly so for an unfamiliar system, we were glad there happened to be someone on site to help us when programming the card timed out.

The size of the rooms, nice and clean. Almost everything you need your your stay
We were promised unlimited coffee and a crossiant when we booked as part of our stay....that was a lie as the coffee shop below said it was only till 10am. But in they defence, the manager was there and he let us as it but felt uncomfortable as there were customers in there and we felt like we were beggars for asking what we were told we were entitled to.

Location and facilities were great. also like the lockers where I could leave my bags
I absolutely hated the fact that there was no human contact for the check in and check out process. Going to a screen was an awful experience. It was during the day so there was no reason why there should not be a person to interact with.
