A brilliant hotel all round. Rihanna & staff could not be more helpful & the room upgrade & the gift of a beautiful heart balloon was so kind! When we leave on Monday 19th after staying on for 6 nights we will be definitely returning again. Thankyou All so much. Kind Regards, Mark Leaf & Michelle Brooks. 5 Stars ✨ 🎈

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic
There was no bin in the room and no kettle or tea / coffee making facilities (this was provided in the hallway downstairs, but there were no cups provided, which was a bit of a problem). The worst thing was we couldn’t sleep at all for the noise from
people on the street outside shouting until the early hours and the pounding music from the nightclub next door went on until 6am. We had booked for 2 nights, but we ended up leaving after the first night and booking elsewhere as we needed a good night’s rest. Would never stay here again.
