From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome. They were always friendly, patient, and willing to help with every question and request, always with a smile. Their efficiency, attention to detail, and dedication to providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, pleasant, and truly memorable.
Safir and Dominik are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care for guests deserve the highest recognition.

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the food. A special mention goes to the waiters at Restaurant Prague, who were particularly professional, attentive and welcoming. The location is beautiful and the building itself is truly grand and impressive. The architecture is magnificent and gives the hotel a unique historic and luxurious atmosphere.
Unfortunately, there were also several aspects that did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. The hotel charges €30 per day for a dog and we only found out about it at the checkout, which felt unnecessarily unpleasant and not very transparent. We expected a symbolic fee, as for 30€ per night one can pay a dog sitter.
We were also surprised that the bed linen was not changed during our entire 7-night stay, with the environmental policy given as the reason. Sustainability is important, but for a 5-star hotel and a week-long stay, it is unacceptable for me.
The spa is another major disappointment. The facilities feel extremely dated and appear not to have been renovated for decades. For a hotel of this category, we expected a much more modern and well-maintained spa area. Procedures area was renovated, but pool and sauna not.
The building itself is absolutely grand and architecturally beautiful, but it is clearly in need of significant renovation and refurbishment. Its potential is enormous, but the current condition does not fully reflect the 5-star positioning of the hotel.
Finally, while most of the staff were excellent, our interaction with the manager was disappointing. We felt that the focus was primarily on charging additional fees rather than finding a reasonable solution and ensuring a positive guest experience.
