The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower and facilities.

Friendly welcome, always staff at the door, within walking distance to gare de lyon train station, restaurants and cafe nearby
Not sure what was included in breakfast, I didnt ask and was never offered but I found a great shop about a minute walk away taking a right out of the hotel, 3 euros for a pastry and coffee

I can't say anything about the room, because it wasn't anything special.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff—especially a Mr. Xavier, who is very kind and helpful. The rest of the team is also very polite and attentive. Great staff.
The shower area includes a bathtub that is difficult—and even dangerous—to get into, as it is obstructed by a glass partition. I believe an elderly person or someone with limited mobility could easily fall.
The telephone did not work.
As for the bed, it could be considered comfortable, though the mattress is made of foam—certainly not orthopedic.
The pillows lacked pillowcases, and the bed was NEVER made, nor were the towels ever changed; the staff only removed the trash, and the floor was not clean.
The elevator is very small and was out of order the entire weekend.
A negative experience I had involved a taxi driver—someone the hotel claimed was trustworthy and a friend of theirs. To put it bluntly, she even robbed me: she didn’t give me my change and threw my suitcases when we arrived at the airport. She’s a bad person; I wanted to file a report with the airport police, but it was too late. I advise you to be very cautious when asking for this kind of assistance. This taxi driver, who was recommended by a staff member, is, for all intents and purposes, practically a criminal.
