Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Good breakfast in a nice ambience. Good location within easy walking distance of Gare de Lyon.
Everything was fine.

It's a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
It's very convenient for the Gare de Lyon. Also easy walking distance to the Ile Saint-Louis which is less crowded but has a great range of eateries. The main attractions are all either walkable or convenient on metro line 1.

The hotel is impeccably clean, with good facilities and a quiet atmosphere; it enjoys a good (and strategic) location in the 12th arrondissement. Above all, the staff is extremely cordial, helpful, and friendly—with Alexandra’s service being truly exceptional.

Close to Gare de Lyon
I sent all the infos for the invoice and they didn't spend the time to read them
I specifically asked them while leaving and they told me not to worry about it and that I would have received it by mail
