The room was a great size, clean and the staff were very informative and helpful. the room looked out onto the street, the tram line is right outside but when i visited there were work happening, so no noise from that. but they did provide ear plugs :)
my only issue was that the pillows were a little lumpy, but that was very minor. there was a lot of noise in the building late at night but the earplugs worked.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 11 am and was greeted by a lovely gentleman that advised that our room was not ready, which we totally understood, so he offered to store our luggage in a safe place for us at no additional cost, and he also provided us with all the information we required in order to access the building and our room when we returned. We liked that it was a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The room was perfect and the water pressure in the shower was probably the best we had experienced in all of Italy. We were provided with ear plugs as we were close to the train station, but to be honest, we didn't need them. We couldn't hear any noise and had a very restful sleep during the night. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again the next time we visit Rome.
The beds were nice but just a tad firm. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

Mattresses and pillows
Outside noise! You’ll get a real noisy electric tram every 5 minutes until 00:30 am and it will start again at 05:30am. Even with earplugs it’s nearly impossible to fall asleep, unless you’re totally tired or wasted. And even so, when the tram pass by, the all building will shake, like if you’re experiencing an earthquake. The bathroom also has a bad smell coming y from the sewers.
