The location was very convenient, and we were able to explore many places on foot. We had read several reviews mentioning the trams, but during our stay, maintenance work was being carried out on the tracks, so no trams were running. We could still hear some noise from outside, but that is to be expected when staying in the city centre.
Communication was smooth, and the self-check-in and check-out process was easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. We didn’t see anyone at reception, although we spent most of our time out exploring the city. The room was cleaned daily, and the bedding was changed every other day.
The room was clean, but the overall finish and condition could be improved. There were quite a few signs of wear and tear, and some maintenance or refurbishment would be welcome. There was also no air conditioning, which made the room a little warm at times.

The reception staff here is so nice and kind, staying here is very safe and convenient to the train station, and they prepared the earplugs for us as well just in case, they have elevators to the hotel and 24 hrs hot water, I really enjoy staying here.

Location access to train station
Very loud as there is tram passing right in front of the building and it is making 90 degrees turn even during the night so you can’t really sleep…. The accommodation provides ear plugs but it does not help…..sad but won’t stay here again
