Good location, only a few hundred metres from the Insurgentes metro station. Spacious room with desk. Wifi was reliable. Air conditioner worked well and temperature adjustments were effective. Lighting in room was good. Bathroom fixtures were in good working order. Hot water came through quickly.
Hated the overhead shower. Would have much preferred a hand-held shower. Although I didn't need one, I couldn't see any shower cap provided. No mini fridge. Disliked the fact that no kettle was provided, only a coffee capsule machine. No tea sachets either, so it was coffee or nothing else. How restrictive!

The location was good and the staff were very friendly.
It needs some renovation kind of old and not really well maintained
