I loved our stay at Hotel Block Suites! It’s new, very comfortable, and the location and food are great. The staff is super friendly. We’ll definitely be back.
The internet connection failed at times.

Big clean and modern rooms in a central location. Nice view from the upper floors.
We asked the hotel to look after two items for us for a week while we went travelling and then stayed there again on our way back. Unfortunately, they lost one of our items and were not very apologetic at all about it. This was really disappointing - if they couldn't look after it safely we wish they would have told us so we could have stored it elsewhere. I am still super sad about my lost item.

the staff and the location is great
The room was dirty, especially the floor was very dirty. Lining and towels were clean tho. There's construction going on and there's a lot of dust as well, but you could tell no one swept the floor before our arrival.
You can hear everything going on from your room. Someone had music at 3 am and it lasted until 5 or so, no one came to calm the situation
