It was convenient for golf and seeing friends. Breakfast was fairly good.
Coffee could be better. Invest in a proper barista machine.

I stay at this hotel often when I travel through BKK and never disappoints. On this trip I became ill with a kidney problem and the hotel staff were amazing, helping me with access to the hospital, calling to check up on me and helping me move baggage and items from my room. Service like this always makes a hotel stand out and I thank them all. Didn't get to play golf obviously, which is a shame.
Nothing of note to comment on. All good with the stay.

The breakfast is geeting worse, no ham, have croissants once in a while, and the fruit and salads have been better before
The reception staff needs training, and their manager too
