A nice apartment, but the hosts do not care much about the comfort of their guests

A nice apartment, looking better than in the photos. It is ~20 min. on foot to the town center, and ~15 min. to the train station. There is a bicycles sharing station just round the corner. The windows face a closed backyard, however it is a big one, so it's not dark and you will get plenty of sun in the daytime. AC/heater, fully equipped kitchen, TV and fast internet. A parking place in the basement for a small car. Very responsive hosts. The apartment became much better after I staid there: the needed repairings were made, and I had bought and left some sope, shampoo, dishwasher and normal toilet paper.

1. Annoying check-in process. It could be very easy, as there is a simple key box at the door, however, the hosts insist you on making a phone call once you get at the door, just to tell you the code and the floor of the apartment. They could easily write that in a message. 2. Lack of care: half of the lamps were not working, hangers were put on the wall upside down, a broken hairdryer, washing machine did not work properly and damaged my clothes. I lived there 1 month and found only 2 dishwasher capsules and 3 trash bags. They made repairings and at the end they bought a new washing machine as well, however, if you pay nearly 1800 Eur for a small apartment you expect to live care-free. And I felt as someone hired to check how functional the apartment is (just that I paid them myself for this burden!). It could be acceptable for an apartment for less than 1000 Eur, not for 1800 Eur! 3. No shampoo, juts one sope, the cheapest possible (and impossible to use!) toilet paper, no capsules for the washing machine, sofa covered with some old sheet. 4. There are so many mosquitoes that it's impossible to sleep during the nights, however, no mosquitoe-repellent is provided - I had to buy it myself. 5. Sometimes I used to notice 1 or 2 small ants in the bathroom.

Nice place to stay

Friendly host, who gave a lift to the property from the railway station and advised on public transport and how to find places. A possibility to arrange everything for oneself: in the kitchen you find everything you need.

The property was changed to another one the very last minute due to unexpected problems with water supply. It eventually resulted in longer time of travelling to the University, which was my daily destination.
