Extremely disappointing for an overpriced apartment

The location was very good.

It was dark, poorly equipped, with very few cups or glasses, no pans, etc, and the whole apartment was very dirty. I had to wash my feet after getting out of the shower because the floors were filthy. The owner apologised by text and said he working on improving the cleanliness as he accepted it was dirty.

Un alojamiento muy cómodo sobre todo porque está muy céntrico. Todo parece bastante nuevo en el piso. Tiene una terracita interior. El tema de la entrada a la casa, muy cómodo. Si volvemos por Castellón, repetiremos. Gracias

Nos ha gustado mucho! Estaba todo muy limpio, el sofá parecía nuevo y muy cómodo. Super céntrico, con supermercado cerca. Al ser centro no había mucho parking en la calle pero hay parkings cerca.

CUCARACHAS Y MUCHISIMOS INSECTOS VARIOS

Cucarachas, bichos y larvas: en estado vivas y muertas y Baño atascado. Húmedo olor muy desagradable. alojamiento presentaba graves problemas de limpieza, mantenimiento y salubridad. La ventana de la habitación daba prácticamente a la calle: había una rejilla, pero un perro podía llegar perfectamente hasta ella y, si orinaba allí, el líquido podía entrar directamente en la habitación. La cocina estaba sucia y tuvimos que limpiarla nosotros completamente. Después descubrimos que el problema era mucho mayor: cucarachas, algunas vivas y otras muertas, y numerosos insectos/larvas negras que aparecían por el baño y la terraza. Estaban incluso secos y esparcidos por todo el apartamento; inicialmente pensamos que eran restos de ramas hasta que vimos lo que realmente eran. Evidentemente, ni siquiera se había realizado una limpieza adecuada antes de nuestra llegada. Mi hija sufrió picaduras y una reacción en la piel por la que tuvo que recibir atención médica. Tuvimos que abandonar el alojamiento y buscar otro. La gestión posterior fue igualmente decepcionante: primero nos exigieron demostrar que habíamos reservado otro hotel para tramitar el reembolso; después intentaron limitar el importe a lo que habíamos pagado en el nuevo alojamiento. Finalmente nos reembolsaron las noches no disfrutadas, pero durante la gestión también se nos planteó el reembolso condicionado a no dejar una mala reseña. Una experiencia que va mucho más allá de una simple falta de limpieza. El estado del alojamiento y la gestión del problema fueron completamente inaceptables. Lo único bueno fue la gestión de Booking y el chico que se comunico conmigo por WhatsApp, aunque después me enviaran un email culpando a esa persona por su gestión ... Vamos, así es fácil quitarse la culpa.

No recomiendo este alojamiento para nada, la peor experiencia que he tenido en alojamientos turísticos.
