新潟駅から近いが安い 大きなお風呂があり、ビジネスホテルでは珍しくサウナもある 漫画がいっぱいある 朝食が美味しかった
建物が古く、廊下などかび臭い お風呂が１つのため、男女入れ替えで時間制限がある、女性は短く大変
