Great location, next to Shinkansen station through roofed path, easy walk w/ large suitecases. Spa and breakfast were magnificent. There are tons of local restaurants and bars nearby.
Nothing special.

Location was good and the lobby was very tastefully attractive.
The size of the room was small with no wardrobe or satisfactory provision for hanging clothes. The bathroom amenities were old fashioned and not what was expected in what some sites describe as a four star hotel. It is in fact, three star. The charge for the loss of one room key of ¥2000 was too high. If this is the cost of a plastic card key to the hotel, they need to change suppliers !
