The location is perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of little touches that add to the positive experience, such as the free snack, cold drinks and tea and coffee available throughout the day. They gave me a cute snack bag on check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful quiet quaint neighborhood where you can walk to several restaurants and the Tram.The canal view is amazing!
The rooms are petite so is the bed but the view of the canal was amazing! Just wish there was a chair to enjoy the view.

Brilliant location and beautiful canal views
We had a water leak in our room, despite reporting it after our first night it wasn’t fixed until our last night. The dripping water kept us awake and the carpet was soaked, we ended up putting down towels to try and mitigate the damage. Housekeeping was poor, didn’t seem to notice the wet towels under the leak, and didn’t make our bed, just threw the doona on the bed
