It’s spacious and well located. The host is very nice.
The place is below the street level so you don’t have any view from the window that is also a door. That means- you either don’t have any outside light (or air because you don’t wanna sleep with door open to the street) or no privacy.
Also the furniture inside is different than the one in pictures.

Marcel was an amazing host and really appreciated his flexibility and kindness. The studio is the perfect alternative to a hotel - huge room, lovely sitting area, place to make tea/coffee/snack, super comfortable bed and everything needed for a perfect stay. I loved the location too. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam
The only opening windows were two window/doors on the street, so fresh air was available only while we were in the apartment. The window/doors could not be left open at night. One old fan was finally provided, but it had to be held down with a chair so it wouldn't fall over. We were told another had been ordered and would arrive. After a week we still had not received a usuable fan. We were also told the next door construction was finished, however it went on all day for a week. Sawing was performed in the shared entry outside our door. The carpet was old and one section had a different colored carpet sewn on top of existing carpet. There was very little bathroom light. No cutting board or knives in the kitchen except the table knives. The apartment was too expensive for what was offered!
