Great location very close to the beach entrance and not much above the sea level (note some hotels in northern part of Agadir that are located uphill), good breakfast, ocean view from balcony, very helpful & flexible reception, large room, It's a good value for what you get if you can accept that it's not renovated. Also it's far away from Anza, which means less chances for a "fishy" smells reaching all the way south to this hotel
Loud: A club downstairs that plays loud music at night and room door is not sound tight (bring earplugs)
Worn out: Damaged furniture, walls, malfunctioning bathroom door latch, etc., would benefit from refurbishing.
Nothing that can be classified as an unacceptable for us & it's what we've expected reading other reviews.

The whole staff are amazing and help was always at hand. Hamza, Yousaf, Saaeda were all faboulous and always made you feel welcomed and always on hand to help.
The actual hotel was very nice and rooms were clean and spacious and the location was perfect :)
I will be back soon Inshahallah

great spacious rooms and lovely balcony with great view. super close to the beach and some restaurants too. nice cleaners too.
things could do with renovating, but i think the value for money is still really great. if you’re not bothered about paint being a bit patchy it’s great. also breakfast is a little lackluster but if you like bread and cake it’s great.

Good location. Decent size rooms. Yusuf at reception was very nice and a helpful person.
Pillows were so bad and old. So many lumps in pillows from being in washing machine and no duvet cover just given duvet with no cover and A/C system was so dirty and smelly. Mould all over shower/toilets and fridge. Ladies at reception need better customer service.
