Hotel Prestige Agadir

Good hotel, nice pool area, rooms clean. I had an issue with the room type. I booked a resort view room and paid extra rather than having a garden view room. Apparently these are the same rooms and they look onto the back garden. The description on Expedia is misleading and encourages you to pay extra whereas I should have just booked the garden view suite. I found this common in Morocco where I have booked a more expensive room which is exactly the same as a cheaper room. Also I booked a sofa bed for a 3rd person and none were available so my adult daughter had to sleep on the couch for the first night. The manager did offer us a lunch to make up for the bed issue which was nice.

The staff were all very friendly, Aicha on reception was very kind and upgraded us to a quieter room away from the main road, which was appreciated a lot. The breakfast had a large variety and one of the waiters went out of his way to get my son Nutella which was fantastic customer service. Haja and Lamiae helped us arrange activities at quad biking and DaniaLand theme park. Overall a really enjoyable stay, thank you to all the staff.

10/10 would recommend and stay at again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff** Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I would like to recognise those who made our experience extra special. Hajar is definitely one in a million. She was very attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We were also given an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The elderly gentleman at reception who serves the tea was always smiling and very helpful. Seeing him carrying luggage, making tea and helping guests at his age was very touching. He is an example to the younger generation. May God give him a long and healthy life. The cleaning team were lovely, especially Ahmed. What touched me was that even after finishing his shift, he stayed to help another cleaner who was behind with her duties. The team worked together, smiling and laughing. Their teamwork was wonderful to see. The spa treatment was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, the area was very clean and smelled lovely. Ayub by the pool, was also very friendly. He played table tennis and supported not only my nephew but other visitors too. It was lovely to see someone who clearly enjoys his work and has a genuine smile. Jihane from the breakfast team also provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to arrange baked beans for my sister and arrange a cake for my nephew. She went over and beyond what is expected. Thank you.
