The location was great, staff was friendly and helpful, loved that we could travel with our pet. I thought the breakfast was good, hot meal every morning with eggs, sausage and waffles. 24/7 coffee station. They also provide aternatives like oatmeal, yogurt, toast, cereal, and muffins.
The building it on the mend, so you can tell they are trying to clean things up. our room had a loose toilet seat and smelled of fresh paint when we arrived. overall, not huge issues and well worth the price. They also have a main power switch at the door that seems to turn all power off including TV, Microwave, Clocks and Refrigerator. Cleaning staff turn off all power when they clean, so staying multiple nights you might not trust the refrigerator.

Good except there were some expired yogurts and would be nice to have already made oatmeal Esther than instant oatmeal.
The heat/cooling unit in our Rm 111 was loud. The beds were too soft.

We thought it was good. Kept full all the time and cleaning the tables constantly.
If the housekeeping is coming in the room to give new towels and to empty the garbage they should also make the beds.

It was quiet
The bed was terrible, lumpy and uneven, I felt like I was lying the ground. Neither my spouse or myself slept well. We were exhausted the next morning.

"I liked that it was located outside of the city of Charlevoix, which created a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere."
