Location and parking ease. Kitchen worked well, loved the fireplace and having the separate bedroom gave use extra space. I found the building to be charming.

The bathroom was quite tight however, I knew this when I rented and all the other positives offset the small bath.

Location!

Nose from room next door.

There was a lot of dog hair on my bed, probably from previous visitors.

Convenient location. Easy loading and unloading car.

Garbage can was around back. Run down and could hear neighbors on both sides.
