Staff were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our aircon wasn’t all that great, but tolerable for the two nights. Breakfast was good.
The option of room service later than 10 as we didn’t get in until late and nothing was open around except for the little mini Marts.

We had a wonderful stay at Taksu Sanur. It was a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to the beach and just a short taxi ride from Icon Bali Mall. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was excellent, and the chef went out of his way to accommodate my dietary needs following dental surgery. The food in the entertainment in the evenings was very good. We also loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere around the bar.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. A huge thank you to Antari, Putri, Asticka, Apilia, Desi and Andi for their warmth, kindness and outstanding service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made our stay truly special. We would happily return!
Unfortunately outside of the whole street in the front of the hotel all the walkways were under construction. Will be good when completed.

Proximity to airport and beach. Adequate room AC.
The grayness of its bath towels and bedsheets

Room size, balcony, shade and constant breeze plus lower temp in complex verses surrounding. Staff friendly and helpful. Noku restaurant, close to Curry Traders (best food & cocktail hour)!!
Gap around the front door frame letting in all the outside scooter and city noise in. Hotel upgrade noise during day (steel grinders). They don't take CC imprint on arrival so all payments are individual e.g drinks (no open tab) & coffees etc creating extra bank fees. No cash payment option... Gym is separate key pass from reception, also pool towels. Guests reserve sun loungers with towels pre breakfast when not using pool, hard to get a good spot, should be a pool rule! No swim no holds.
