Friendly staff. Very welcoming. Everywhere was clean. The pool area is small but lovely. Breakfast was great, you could even take it away in a box for later.
Hotel was close to everything and we liked we could use the bikes free of charge.
No English breakfast tea or soy milk.
Evening meals was just OK...

We stayed in a pool access room that, although not overly large, was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was consistently delicious with a great variety of choices. There were also plenty of nearby dining, shopping, and spa options to enjoy.
Unfortunately, there was very little privacy when sitting outside our room, as the pool loungers were located directly in front of our door and were often occupied. There were also limited sun lounge and seating options available around the pool area.
This may be a minor consideration for some guests, but it could be worth checking whether any large family or friend groups are staying during your visit. Naturally, groups are there to enjoy their holiday together, and this can sometimes make the pool and dining areas feel busier and noisier. On the flip side, the resort would be an excellent choice for those travelling with a larger group, as the layout allows everyone to stay close together. We had a lovely stay overall, although at times the shared spaces felt a little crowded.

Just lovely hotel. Best showers in Bali! Beautiful spotlessly clean bathroom and room. Really nice quality linen. Smart TV with all the channels and netflix etc. Pool area was great and the pool was a nice temperature - warm with no chill ( in October). Can order drinks and food by the pool. Sunbeds provided (with a short walk at the beach). Free push bikes for use. Restaurant great, and many good restaurants and warungs in close proximity. Sports bar a few doors up to watch the sport if that is your thing..Big Pepito's supermarket just up the road. Short cheap taxi ride to Icon Bali mall...Book the Deluxe rooms as they have the balconies. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.

While the property was ok the fact that we had work men working on the roof above the open air bathroom on the first and again on the last day we were there made us feel “very” alarmed and uncomfortable,
While they provided a drink and snack as compensation on day 1 we were not able to use the toilet, bath or shower until after 6 pm. You would think that the room would be block and not booked when such things were booked in and rearranged their customers to other rooms??? . Everyone from the cleaning staff to the manager apologised but that did not change the fact that we paid for that premium room and could not use it. We could not be bothered to even complaint on our last full day when it happened again regardless of their promise that it would not happen again over our stay.
Because of all of this I would definitely not book this hotel again … location Is also not great
