This hotel has a very good location, next to the river. My room had a wonderful view of the river. Room and bathroom facilities are good for India - suitable for foreign visitors. The staff are very friendly and accomodating to all requests. Fron desk people are very generous with their time and advice. Bellhops, doormen all polite and kind. I would use this hotel again.
Nothing really. The place is great to visit if you are alone or with family. There is one thing, the gym had no airconditioning or any air movement. When you go to exercise - you can hardly breath - really stuffy and smelly. I got a bit light-headed and had to come out.

Centrally located and old world charm on the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and make they stay wonderful
The common areas especially carpets need a revamp.
