This is such a beautiful Heritage hotel. We loved the whole character of the place & how they continue to strive & remain connected to the roots; the hanging bells in the entrance, the red footsteps on the steps, lighting the diya everyday in the Mandir and adorning the Murti with fresh marigolds. Absolutely loved this. To see all this makes me so happy. They weave in the heritage, the culture, the Dharma seamlessly, whilst at the same time delivering an excellent service continuously with a smile. Check in / Check out was fabulous - all done with a huge smile by the staff. The Thali at Agashiye rooftop restaurant was to die for. Delicious is an understatement. Equally the breakfast in the Green House was just on point and the whole staff were a delight. The inner courtyard has a the beautiful swing you can relax on after your sightseeing. All in all we had a wonderful stay at the House of MG and I certainly will come back and stay here. Its so worth it :)
