The view was breathtaking. Staff were top-notch in every area. They’d greet you at any hour and went above and beyond for any requests. Facilities were clean, the infinity pool had an unforgettable view, and I kept thinking about what food to order next at the on-site restaurants.
The monkeys that occasionally visited made some guests uneasy, but I actually enjoyed seeing them and the staff were always seconds away from being there to observe.

This was the most gorgeous and luxurious place we have ever stayed. We had private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, the property was pristine, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food at the grill was so delicious, and one of the best parts for us after a week in Bali was having amazing AC to escape from the heat. The shower also had hot water and good water pressure. We used the gym and it was well appointed too. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Stay here!

The hotel's location was fantastic! Just a quick two-minute ride to the main strip of shops, with plenty of restaurants and clubs nearby. The grounds were absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views in every direction and creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and overlooked the beautiful hotel grounds and beach, making it an even more enjoyable place to unwind.
While the hotel grounds and lobby were beautiful, I personally wouldn't consider this a true 5-star hotel.
The rooms felt quite dated and unfortunately weren't as well maintained as expected. Ours was dusty and had spider webs, which was disappointing. The bathroom lighting was also extremely dim, making it very difficult to get ready properly, something many women will understand can be quite frustrating.
The advertised hair salon was another disappointment. The equipment appeared very outdated, and after a visit, my friend's hair was left badly damaged, which was concerning.
The food also fell short of expectations. Breakfast was included in our package, but the buffet offered limited variety for what is advertised as a 5-star property. On one morning, the fresh milk available for cereal had gone off, which was particularly disappointing.
The hotel restaurants were also underwhelming. We found the food lacked flavour, and on multiple occasions we waited around 45 minutes for our meals to arrive.
Overall, while the location, grounds, and staff were definite highlights, the rooms, dining experience, and facilities did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel marketed as 5-star.
