Amazing location close to Padang Padang beach. Scenic views from room, dining and pool areas. Sustainable. Transfer from the airport well communicated. Could contact the desk on WhatsApp and they were very responsive.
I would love to be able to make myself a cup of tea any time. Either in the room or they could have a drinks station. Almost all hotels have this facility so I was quite surprised not to. Also, they are very strict on not consuming outside food and drinks, even water in the hotel. Understandable in the restaurant and bar but if you are in your room you should be free to consume whatever you like.
