The girls that work here are what make this hotel so brilliant, and I can see why the rating of the hotel is so high!
Kimmy, Spring & Lily are absolutely brilliant hosts. They are professional, friendly, fun and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. Always greeting us with a smile and showing genuine interest.
I will absolutely stay here again next time I’m back in Hoi An

Highlights: The staff were the real highlight of our stay, so warm, welcoming and helpful, and always happy to assist our group. The hotel was very clean, with good-sized rooms, soft fresh linen and comfortable beds. The location was excellent: quieter than staying in Old Town, but still an easy walk away, with lots of more affordable places to eat and drink nearby.
The bathroom has a raised spa bath to step into and a low shower head, and the tiled floor can be very slippery, so it may be challenging for taller guests or anyone with mobility issues.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hoianese Quiet. The room was clean, stylish, and great value for money. The hotel is a short walking distance from the old town, and rents bicycles at a reasonable rate to explore beyond there. Breakfast is worth splashing out for, with a good variety of international and Vietnamese options that can be ordered a la carte.
The highlight of the stay, however, was the incredible service and attention to detail. The receptionists (Spring, Kimmi and Lily) were just the friendliest people, and were willing to share recommendations and answer any questions. Likewise, little touches like having complimentary filtered water available with a couple of bottles waiting in the fridge showed a sustainability mindset and thought into the needs of guests.
N/A - was a great stay well above expectations
