Really hard to fault this place. All members of staff were lovely (Sophie especially - a nice touch checking in with people at breakfast). The room was enormous and had everything you need. Only ate in for breakfast but it had a huge selection. We used the spa too which was great. Location very close to central Hoi An. Free shuttle to the local beach a nice touch.

Everything. Location. Service. Most importantly, the staff. Best hotel service in Vietnam to be honest. Also, the spa is AMAZING!

The rooms were rather roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing; very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. It was a quiet area but walking distance to everything; river walk and shops. The pool was also perfect. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.
