The location is very central and allows to visit the city centre with a short walk. The area is quite busy at night because of the many bars and restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. Many of the best Pintxos places are located at walking distance. There is no parking available and no breakfast is offered in the structure.
It was difficult to get in touch with the owner who is nice but not very quick in replying to queries by the guests.

Location on a quiet street but middle of the action. Great host and responsive! Basic but comfortable stay. Hot shower and very clean.
