Clean, comfortable and convenient
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Location is good, not far from the M180 and A15 from Lincoln
The bottomless brunch was restricted, choose one drink and stick to it, the snacks with it were nice.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Food was excellent. Spa facilities were good. Room was a good size, comfortable beds. Dining area was spacious and modern.
Rooms felt a little dated. Bathrooms were not the best. Could have been cleaner in corridors (plates from room service left on floor for the whole of our stay outside a room in our corridor.) Swimming pool loungers not the comfiest.

breakfast was mediocre.
Have had better.
No central heating available in room and heated towel rail was permanently cold.
