The setting, massive bath tub, location in relation to train station, sea front. Windows in the room, plenty of sunlight. Had best sleep since on the road for 3 days and couldn’t had decent sleep in hotel.
Would prefer toilet had walls rather than curtain but was ok

Our room was large and we didnt mind the bathroom being continuous with it (no separation). The large bath was great. Breakfast had a bit of variation which was nice as we didn't experience this at other riads.
There were renovations happening on the roof terrace so it was hard to enjoy this area to it's full. The wifi was patchy but when connected did allow for movie streaming.

Beautifully restored building
Well located - easy to walk or take a petit taxi for 10 Dhirams in the city
Friendly and helpful staff

You have to pay cash
No access to terrace and sun loungers to relax while i was there ( work being done)

The location was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good.
I picked this place because it had a 9.2 rating on Booking.com. I was very disappointed because it looked so rundown. The floor tiles in the rooms were badly cracked. There were dusty old artificial flowers all over the place. The furniture looked as if it had seen much better days. The “white” towels very grey and old. The whole place needs a face lift.

"All was good. Louis was great. Helped taxi driver find location, assisted with luggage, was friendly, efficient, and professional. Others on staff also excellent and very helpful. Good breakfast. Love..."
