7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Excellent location, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking the town/beach. It was located on a quiet road, walking distance to the beach and shops. Our bedsheets and towels were clean and replaced as needed.
The cleanliness of the room, in particular the shower and sink areas could have been greatly improved. In addition to this, the glasses which came with the bathroom had the remains of a previous guests toothpaste/toothbrush stains. There was also a fowl sulphur smell coming from the drains which was overwhelming by the end of the week. There was no indoor bar/ restaurant which was a shame, as we had nowhere to have a meal during a storm on one of our nights. The outdoor bar area is nice but was not open every day that we were there and the pool needed some attention regarding the cleaning of leaves etc. The pool did not seem to be cleaned the entire week we were there so we could not enjoy this facility. Our air conditioning failed mid week leaving the room quite stuffy. The coffee machine came with less than a handful of disposable cups, which were not topped up as the week went on.
