The property was very good. The reception was poor on this occasion. We spent 1 hour waiting at check in, with just 3 people of one booking before. There was just one staff member in attendance and she spent this time disputing their booking and never called for assistance at all. My wife and I are in our eighties and found this upsetting.Another staff member approached reception and I requested her to check us in, however she refused as she was needed in the office. This I found disturbing.

The location is very good and the hotel is clean. But some staff need to work on there behaviour
Booked this hotel for my mom’s 60th birthday some staff members are absolutely terrible. The bar stuff are beyond rude . The night time porter makes you feel like an absolute child when entering the hotel telling you to shush for no reason. And almost following you to your room to make sure you don’t talk I never experienced anything like it. If you planning on going out and enjoying yourself don’t book this hotel .
