You could be robbed like me Not good experience

Location was walking distance to town.

The apartment had very old furniture, some was broken. Bed old, madras uncomfortable and dirty. Cockroaches in the apartment, windows couldn't be safely locked, cleaners were leaving them open, meaning anybody could walk in through them. The entrance door was not safe, it was wobbly. Magnetic key and a lock were not working. Maintenance didn't fix them, "they didn't see a problem ", reception ignored the problem. Magnetic key stopped working every day, reception would reset it on a daily bases. Apartment floor under me was robbed last week Wednesday, my apartment and next door apartment was robbed last week Friday. Police reports are submitted, the hotel management ignored us, didn't even want to talk to us, not answering our emails.

Couldn’t wait to get home

Nothing it was awful we left early I have put a complaint in

Everything the whole experience was terrible unsafe run down poll was disgusting shelves falling off while in curtains. Dangerous for my 3 year old you couldn’t lock the door from inside and he could climb over the balcony hot sticky beds terrible

4 / 10

Unpleasant. Won’t be coming back

The staff were friendly

Very old and tired, curtains hanging off the rails and the door handle was broke on the patio door. No shade or parasol on the balcony, so not able to sit out there. No kettle in the room, but was quickly sorted out by reception. No lift. Lots and lots of steps. Cockroach in the apartment and around the pool. The tiles on the pool were falling off and made it look awful.

6 / 10

Overall, for just a place to sleep. You can’t complain although biggest downfall was not being allowed to check in befor

It’s located in old town which I found handy as places to eat was a lot cheaper than new town city centre restaurants.

Downfall it’s about 20 mins walking mostly uphill to get to new town.

My room was backing into the access walkway at the back of the property. Very loud with people coming and going between 2am and 7am
