Loved the pool area. Lovely secluded sunbeds and possibility to have shade if required at all times. Breakfast and the dinners we had there were absolutely delicious. Room and bathroom area really well appointed and very comfortable. Great that hotel faced the side of the lake which gave evening sunsets as many Sirmione hotels do not. Staff extremely helpful at all times. The occasional cats we saw were delightful and absolutely not a problem as odd reviews strangely say. My husband is allergic to cats and had absolutely no problem at any time. Loved the olive trees surrounding this hotel and its secluded location which was nonetheless only a short walk from the centre of Sirmione. Ticked every box for both us and our friends.
Balconies tended to lack privacy, but no real hardship, and pool would have been even nicer if heated.
