Excellent location, the staff was very helpful and arranged parking nearby the hotel with ZTL entry permission. Superb location close to all the main attractions and restaurants
Breakfast buffet was not refilled at the time that we took it

Great location, rooms were comfortable & clean. Beautiful view & deck to sit and have a wine in the afternoon. Perfect sunset view & right next to the ferry which is really convenient. People were lovely & helpful.

Fantastic location and wonderful
Staff
Parking is an absolute nightmare. We parked at the hotel and tbh it feels like taking your life (and pedestrians) in your own hand. It was horrible. Also... we weren't aware that once parked it's difficult to get the car out again because of time restrictions! We really wanted to drive to the more rugged north of the lake but get it too risky to move the car.
