It is in a very good area in Milan. Great restaurants and bars. Supermarket and a larger cross section of shops. safe.
By Metro or Taxi it's very accessible. A cab from Cento costs about four Euro.
The property itself is old but well kept and run.
Our room was good with a decent double bed. It does have a small lift. Two people with luggage maybe. And they allowed us to leave it there several hours after check out.
I could not fault the breakfast. And very well presented. Top marks for a hotel breakfast.
The TV was not very good for a foreigner
There is a red cord running down in the shower.
Beware. I thought it was manually turning on hot water but I very quickly found it to be an emergency alarm.
The shower for me was great but may be a bit uncomfortable for the larger guest.
The entry presents about six stairs which are a bit daunting to an old bloke with luggage and a walking stick.

Everything was amazing.

A very good hotel! The location is excellent, close to the tram that takes you to the city center. The room is clean, the bed linen is spotless, the towels are white and soft, and the beds are comfortable; it is quiet, and the breakfast offers absolutely everything you could want. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The area is safe, with plenty of shops. It is definitely our favorite hotel in Milan. We will certainly be back!
Nothing negative to report.

Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Location was great.
The mattresses were a bit thin. None of us slept as well as we usually do. Getting the water so that it wasn't cold or super hot was a challenge. Refrigerator in room didn't work (but to be fair, we never reported it).
