Lovely Australian Receptionist/Bar server
Other guest are friendly even if they aren't in your room/don't know you. ( I haven't always experienced this in other travel hostels)
Free tea and coffee
Was offered free breakfast as we had to leave our rooms due to the storm breaking a tree and causing it to crash if front of our room staff were very calm and collected throughout this
Honest I couldn't fault the place this was my second stay here. And having an enjoyable suite bathroom is the chefs kiss although awkward if lots of people are wanting to use the bathroom in the night or morning. But there are separate toilets downstairs if you just need to use the loo.

The staff were very helpful and provided all the information I needed whilst staying. My room was basic but very tidy and had coffee/tea provided.
The window in the room didn't shut completely.
