Great location, relatively clean room and nice facilities. Staff were super lovely
Mould in the shower and no base for the kettle which is a bit odd. The bathroom doors also don't have internal handles and don't close properly.

New look of the hotel is great, along with the location.
No coffee available in room or on request. Door not secured after the room was cleaned.

The design, cleanliness and aesthetics, pool bar very nicely laid out and welcoming, arts suite spacious
A second tv in the arts suite lounge would have been nice
