What an amazing property in such a pristine and beautiful location! As bird watchers, this was perfect for us, as we could spot birds in the jungle from our balcony.
The hosts were very friendly and attentive, we loved our bird watching morning with Suman! For bird watching we chose 2 hours in the village and 2 hours in the forest which helped optimise the species we could locate. We saw 27 different bird species (22 of which we saw in the village) and a range of animals and reptiles.
The breakfast and dinner were delicious and some of the best food we had during our stay in Sri Lanka
The wifi didn’t seem to connect in the room, but was better on the verandah.
There was some mould around the bathroom sink that could do with a good scrub

Wonderful location, very nice view, very friendly and helpful staff, I made a wrong booking, staff solved this perfectly for me, perfect room with all facilities
The approaching road (well: path) was very bumpy, narrow (and wet when I came).

Had an amazing stay here, perfect location for visiting the rainforest and they organised a full day tour through the rainforest for me. Although it was quite a challenging hike it was well worth it and my guide Ruan was awesome, he spotted so many animals on the way and knew a lot about the rainforest. Highly recommend!
