Location was great
Terrace was lovely
Room v clean and modern
Loungers were all broken on terrace and no seat cushions on the chairs
Breakfast was self service but had cold fried eggs in vegetables and cold scrambled egg.
They were however very accommodating and cooked fresh fried eggs without vegetables and fresh scrambled eggs.
Flask of coffee would have been nice left out for guests to help themselves to top ups
Croissants would have been nice.

Nice breakfast, not the greatest variety but good quality and had everything we wanted. The breakfast area is very beautiful and cosy. Spacious and pretty room with a good and practical layout. Great location.
Our room on the ground floor by the breakfast area was a little cold, and a little worn. A little bit of noise from the breakfast in early morning but not too problematic.

Great location in the old city of Chania. Ancient building that’s been updated over the centuries. Good breakfast.
No elevator. Unpardonable not to highlight this omission, since accessing the first floor of bedrooms involves two very steep flights of stairs. And the third floor is one more spiral staircase up. Not easy with luggage. Ancient electrics meant that heating did not work, so we froze at night. Also non-working TV.
