We had a superb stay at Purana Suites and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ubud. Everything was top-notch, but what truly makes this place special is the incredible team working here.
The front desk staff is exceptionally kind. They were extremely helpful, attentive, and open to all our needs, always assisting us with a genuine smile and useful information about Bali, culture, places to visit, food etc. They make you feel truly welcome from the very first.
The cleanliness is flawless throughout the entire resort. The housekeeping team does an amazing job with great attention to detail, leaving the rooms fresh and perfectly maintained every day.
Last but not least, the food at the restaurant (Noonik Bistro) is absolutely delicious! Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyed, and the restaurant staff provided us with impeccable service.
Thank you to the entire Purana Suites team for making our Ubud visit unforgettable! We will definitely be back.

Huge bed, staff very nice and speak good english.
No sidewalk when exiting hotel. Breakfast is ok at best, we left it half eaten 2/3 times. Toilet seat was old and not very clean. Toilet paper is the cheapest possible.
