Location was good the space available was great. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t cook! Air con was efficient. Overall it’s a great property the roof sun terrace is well equipped, the addition of a shower up there would be the icing on the cake. The heated pool was fantastic and we went in every day.
Biggest dislike was the fact that the front door opens directly at the top of the stairs, one of our party stepped back to fully open the door and his foot went over the top step, he just managed to grab the banister rail to stop him falling all the down. He wrenched his arm a bit and bashed his knee. It could have been disastrous had he not caught the rail. Also the bottom of the stairs it’s difficult to see if you are on the bottom step as it blends with the floor. I actually stuck some white plasters along the edge so it was more visible and removed them when we left.
There is a distinct lack of information available in the property just one notice upstairs giving extremely basic info. There should be written instructions on how to use the burglar alarm, we received a brief demonstration on arrival but couldn’t remember it all so didn’t use it. Such a simple thing to put right. We had to.
contact someone to ask how to use the safe. We were sent text instructions with a combination number which we couldn’t change so not very secure. All this information should be in printed form and readily available for all guests. We shouldn’t have to go searching and asking for it. Additional set of keys as two couples would have been good! I had to ask the night before checkout what to do with with they keys as were were leaving early. Apparently I could have asked the pool man (didn’t see him except on arrival) or by sending a message. They did apologise and say they didn’t know we were two couples. Not sure how that can be as we’re put Mr & Mrs X and Mr
& Mrs Y on the booking. We did put tv on one day but could find no English Chanel’s so gave up. Again no information.
That sounds a lot of negativity but overall it’s a great place let down by the lack of information for guests being readily available.

We stayed 10 nights here as a family of 6. Perfect location to all amenities and in a quiet location.

Easy walking distance to the resort centre with direct access to the beach. Facilities were great, the pool was geared and the solarium offered great early morning sunshine.
There were no parasols by the pool which we needed after midday but that would be an easy fix although there was on the solarium.

They did not turn up we waited on the street in blistering heat for 2 hours with 2 children! All our luggage and bags. If I had not called them we would not have known !! They did put us in a temporary property for that night but it did not make up for price we paid !!
The pool was dirty ! At first we thought it was chemicals but they sent pool man and said ph and chlorine ok. The kids and husband had rash from pool on thighs and back this made us have to stay inside for 3 days and nights as don could not walk it was so sore !! Disgusting !!
