*Nestled in the pines on Prospect Mountain, in-town, yet private location. No really close neighbors. 1248 sq ft house and over 700 sq ft of decks. Two levels of deck on the mountain view side and one large dining, hot tub deck.
*Upstairs- living room with fireplace and firewood provided, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom with attached bath. 24' deck from patio doors in living room. All decorated in mountain themes.
*Lower walk out has yet another 30' deck, family room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, queen bedroom with attached bath, or with door shut access from family room. The third room has a queen bed and dresser, and stacked washer/dryer.
We offer unlimited free long distance from the home phone, and high speed Internet. Wildlife is abundant. You are close enough to walk to town, and within walking distance to Shopping, Rock Cut Brewery, Snowy Peaks Winery, the Aerial Tramway, Fun City with miniature golf, slides, bumper boats, race cars, and one of Estes's favorite restaurants, Sweet Basilico! We do recommend a AWD vehicle for winter guests.
Fantastic Location, Warm & Cozy House & 3 Decks: Decorated in Mountain theme. Personal attention paid to detail for comfort, convenience, and your enjoyment. Wonderful outdoor space with 3 decks and a true mountain setting with boulders, rock outcroppings, and pines. Plenty of room to explore and enjoy the wildlife that frequents the cabin.
If You Like to Golf...: Estes Park Golf Course was recently rated #5 in the United States for beautiful courses in the 'Golf Book Of Lists.'

Tucked away, yet close to downtown with multiple decks and lots of bear and pinecone charm. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable for a family of 6 to spread out.

Great proximity to town, very clean, and the perfect balconies for enjoying the view. Directions to get there are a bit complicated initially, but simple once you know the way.

We stayed one night at this location after being in Colorado and slowly moving up to elevation over a week and a half. This cabin is at around 7000 elevation. The first night my husband started to develop altitude sickness and around 6am we went to the ER. He had developed pulmonary edema and the doctor said with the fluid in his lungs he needed to leave the elevation until the fluid was gone (this took 2 days, btw). The hospital staff said they get at least two people a week that get this bad news and to explain to our renter in hopes of getting money back. We did but were not successful. We do not blame the renter. Business is business and we did not purchase the insurance to cancel. I’m sharing to encourage anyone considering this altitude, without knowing how they may react, to purchase insurance in case you have to leave. Had we received some money back we might have been able to stay at a lower elevation but unfortunately had to go home. That’s our fault. You may also consider staying at a lower altitude and travel higher during the day. You cannot regulate your breathing and oxygen while asleep. This isn’t something that will happen, but could happen, so be mindful. We’re marathon runners, world travelers and ascended to this location slowly, but my husband, apparently, is sensitive. The renters communication was good and she was kind. It was a great location and very clean. The deck was lovely and we would have stayed if able.
