Exceptional staff and service, spotless rooms, excellent cleanliness, attentive breakfast service, and genuine hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I felt completely at ease and had no concerns about cleanliness or bugs.
Everything was wonderful, and I have no complaints.

Excellent position in the central city
Amazing staff

Very kind and helpful hotel staff and a perfect location in the Old Town of Istanbul (Sultanahmet) in short walking distance to the main attractions and good restaurants and bars.
The coffee and orange juice for breakfast could be better.

Excellent location.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast was not the best.
Room and bathroom were very basic and tired looking.
Additional fees to use basic spa facilities such as sauna.
