Warisha from guest relations made our stay very memorable and comfortable for us. She checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was exceeding standards.

Warisha Zia was very helpful during the whole stay. She made our whole stay very pleasant. She is a great credit to the team. Thanks a lot Warisha and the team sura!
The room could do with a bit of renovation now and then as ther were some floor laminate missing.

Staff exceptional, location great. A good range of foods at breakfast, good coffee. We arrived after a long journey and one of the receptionists spent time with us and provided a refreshing glass of apricot juice. We cannot remember the Porter's name (Olsen, we think), who helped us with luggage and with getting a taxi to the airport, we were very grateful for all his help.
Sorry to say, the room we stayed in was not 5 stars. It needed a lot of repair, it was cramped and overlooked a corrugated tin roof. It would appear that the photographs seen online are of the Five star part at the front of the hotel, and we were housed in Block C. We have stayed in much better lower star establishments. We would recommend that the hotel spend a little time refurbishing Block C, as it provides a poor impression of the Hotel.

The location was great, very easy to get to main sites of the city.
Breakfast was also great, it was a good way to start the day - but would have liked an earlier start.
Staff was helpful and polite.
The hotel felt a little dated and in need of a refresh. The beds were not especially comfortable, and particularly didn’t love the pillows. The room decor was a bit too bold and modern - the bathroom’s mirrored walls were a lot. Rooms were pretty small and had weird pillars to work around.
