Very nice guesthouse in a great location near the Savitsky Museum. The room was comfortable with working wifi and a hot shower. The breakfast was simple but great, and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Nukus! 10/10
The upstairs is partially a work in progress, so painters had painted the handrails of the staircase and the fumes were apparent even on the ground floor. Should be a short term problem.

Very cozy, good location and price, great staff
Everything was good. Inyatdin and Nurpolat did a great job attending to me.

Hosts are nice and arranging. They were very helpful in arranging our taxi to Khiva.
The shared area is nice, you can eat your own dinner.
Also the guesthouse is litteraly 2min away from Igor Savitsky museum.
The bed was rock-hard, and that comes from someone who is used to camping and backpacking.
A bedsheet was missing and the toilets were not properly cleaned.
Water was barely hot.
But I guess we get what we pay for

The reception is 10/10, they spoke very good English and helped me a lot.
Also the location is very nice, you can go everywhere by walk and there is a good Turkish restaurant next to it.
But there some issues that were not okay and should be considered.
- there was no toilet paper when I arrived and the waste of the guest before was still in the bin
- the water in the shower was very cold and could not get warm
- a pipe is running behind the bed in the room and you can hear the water running through
- walls are very thin and you can hear every word form the neighbour
- the laundry was supposed to dry the clothes, but it didn't work out
