Position
Rooms were beautiful
Most staff lovely
Service very poor at times - staff urgently need training
Spa closed, no yoga instructor (which was advertised) and no gym
Meal times too rigid - they wanted to know exactly when we wanted breakfast and dinner despite there only being between 8-10 guests
No individual lunch menu just 3 courses costing around £40 per person and same as dinner menu
Paradise beach filthy with litter
