The apartment is exceptionally well located, just a few steps from Universitate Metro Station. It is highly functional and thoughtfully designed. Unlike many other apartments in Bucharest, even the staircase and elevator are clean and free of unpleasant odors, while the bathroom is comfortable even for taller guests. Thus a rare find ! The view from the balcony is pleasant and adds to the overall appeal.
Despite being situated on one of Bucharest's busiest thoroughfares, the apartment benefits from well-insulated windows that effectively reduce traffic noise. The location also offers convenient access to Calea Victoriei via a short passage around the corner through St. Nicholas Church. In addition, electric scooters can easily be found and parked at the nearby intersection of Bulevardul Nicolae Bălcescu and Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta, approximately 30 meters away.
All was fine - I would stay there again.

Am gasit la acest apartament, tot ce am avut nevoie: pozitie, priveliste, dotari, f aproape de metrou, autobuz, marketuri de cartier, puncte de interes turistic. Dna Roxana f draguta si amabila. O sa mai revin, ori de cate ori voi avea ocazia.
Nu este cazul.

Tak jak w poprzednich opiniach wszystko super. Duży przestronny apartament ( dwa pokoje + kuchnia ) ,doskonale wyposażony w sprzęt ( choć korzystaliśmy tylko z czajnika ) oraz artykuły spożywcze i higieniczne . Dwa telewizory, wielki wygodny twardy materac. Duży panoramiczny balkon -X piętro. Winda i zsyp. Pod blokiem przystanek 100etki( z lotniska 35minut-automaty i kiosk STB z biletami naprzeciwko odlotów, uwaga na długi czas oczekiwania na bagaż- 45 minut ). Przemiła Pani Roxana czekała z kluczami , płatność z karty na aplikację w telefonie. Lipscani spacerkiem lub przystanek 381 Obok bary, restauracje sklepy, do Kauflanda ,Lidla czy Carrefoura trzeba podjechać.
Wszystko Ok . Ale uwaga na niską barierę i na wiatr na balkonie oraz na stopień w kuchni.
