The hotel was very clean and in a great location, very close to the train station. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Close to Termini station, comfortable. Good AC.
Elevator a bit dated but that’s part of the charm

Exactly how it shows in the pictures. The staff was very nice.
On my last night, loke 2am arrived a couple and my room was next to reception and their room. They were talking very loud. I went to the reception to complain and the guy didn t do nothing, as if it was normal to talk and "party " loud at 2,2:30am. Very disrespectfull . I expected the person in yhe reception could apply the "Quiet rule" from 10m to 8am, but no.
Wifi in my room didn't work good as well.

It was fairly close to the station.
The entranceway is not a proper hotel. It’s just like an apartment block you have to walk up a set of stairs with your heavy cases then a tiny little lift that will only take one person and one case ….so it takes forever to get up to reception, then you’ve gotta go back in the lift to find your room. The room was adequate to put quite basic. The whole thing was a nightmare and exhausting.
